Healthcare access, made more connected.
A planned worldwide telehealth platform designed to connect patients with appropriately authorised partner doctors across countries. Explore the proposed patient journey and services.
Profiles and licence verification
Proposed appointment workflow
Orders through approved partners
A connected healthcare experience
The planned portal brings key patient journeys into one place. Services will only become active after the relevant business and healthcare approvals.
Doctor consultations
A proposed booking journey for online consultations with verified partner doctors, subject to local licensing rules.
Laboratory services
A planned lab-order pathway through appropriately licensed laboratory partners, with secure result access.
Health library
A future collection of approved health education resources and downloadable patient information.
Patient portal
Planned secure access to appointments, consent forms and authorised medical documents.
Partner doctor network
Doctor profiles with specialty, country, licensing authority and verification status.
Administration
A future role-based workspace for approved administrators to manage operations and support.
Designed for patients around the world
The platform is intended for international patients. Consultations can only be offered where the doctor and service are legally authorised for the patient's location.
Worldwide patient access
The long-term vision is to serve patients internationally, subject to the healthcare, telemedicine, privacy and consumer rules in each patient's country.
International doctor partners
The partner network may include doctors licensed in Pakistan, the UAE and additional countries. A doctor's licence in one country does not automatically authorise care for patients elsewhere.
A verified network comes first
No real doctors are listed in this prototype. These are example profile formats only; credentials and permission to serve patients in each country must be independently checked before publication.
General Physician
Pakistan · Registration verification required
Family Medicine
UAE · Local licence verification required
Specialist Doctor

How the planned service will work
A simple, transparent journey with clinical responsibility kept with the authorised healthcare professional.
Choose a service
Select a consultation or an approved partner laboratory service.
Select an authorised provider
Review doctor credentials, service location and availability.
Confirm and consent
Review fees, privacy information and consent before a real appointment.
Consult and follow up
The authorised clinician provides care and appropriate follow-up.
Explore the patient experience
These sample forms demonstrate layout only. Do not enter real personal, health, payment or identity information.
Consultation request demo
Demo only: this does not book an appointment or contact a doctor.
Laboratory request demo
Demo only: no lab order is created and no results are stored.
International payments, when approved
The intended model is a secure, hosted checkout from an approved payment provider. No payment processing is connected in this prototype.
*Availability depends on the payment provider, business country, customer country and device. Provider approval and legal eligibility are required.
Administration dashboard
A proposed role-based admin workspace. This is a static preview, not a functioning admin system.
- Doctor credential review and expiry tracking
- Appointment and support queue
- Laboratory partner coordination
- Consent, privacy and audit-log oversight
DrWaqar MedPortal is currently a website concept/prototype. It is not a licensed healthcare facility, does not provide medical advice, does not verify doctors, does not book real consultations, does not issue laboratory orders, and does not process payments. Worldwide availability does not mean worldwide medical authorisation. Before launch in each country, the responsible operator must obtain all applicable business, healthcare, professional, privacy, consumer and payment approvals, and confirm that the doctor may treat a patient located there.
